Shipping
All shippings are currently handled by Hellenic Post (www.elta.gr) in collaboration with the National Post Service of the destination country.

Delivery – Track your Orders
In general SHEEPCOUNT products leave our atelier within 5-7 working days from the order confirmation. Some kinds of items may have a delay due to specific production process or in the case of made to order items. Delivery times may vary according to the country of destination selected by the client. Once your order has been shipped, we will send out a notification to the email address the client provided during the checkout process. This email includes the tracking code of the parcel and instructions about the tracking process.

Unclaimed Objects
The address and the contact details given by the client during check-out is binding upon the client. In case of a text error SHEEPCOUNT cannot be held responsible for not being able to deliver the product. In case of mistake in the delivery address making the delivery impossible, SHEEPCOUNT will fully reimburse the order to the client upon receipt of the package back to our atelier.

Changes
It is not possible to edit any orders once they have been confirmed. Any additional items you may wish to add will need to placed as a new order, however it may be possible to combine them on dispatch. In that case it may be possible for us to cancel an order, to allow you to replace it as you wish. Please contact us via e-mail as soon as possible to cancel an order that has been confirmed, providing the order has not already been dispatched.

Damaged Objects
SHEEPCOUNT insures each purchase until the time the relative products are delivered to you. Before signing to accept delivery, it is recommended to carefully check your packages so that you can register any reserves as required with the carrier.
